March - Teen Tech Month


Stop in the library to learn about how technology shapes our world by picking up a cool book on the history of technology, how tech companies started, how to develop great ideas and on how to make things.... Stop by the book display to browse the titles and check out the ‘tech games’ to try. 

March 5 - WRAD - World Read Aloud Day - To celebrate, Ms. Waldman's grade 5 class skype chatted with a class in Pittsburgh.  The Pittsburgh class shared a story in Spanish while during the next skype chat, we will share an original modern fairy tale  in English. 

Starting March 18, there will be hands on activities for students and adults.  There will be robots, etc...

March 20 - Empty Bowls event - stop in the library all week to interact with the media presentation created by GIN students.  Plus explore various books and resources on the subject of poverty and hunger.

March 25-27 - Stop by the Book Fair to buy new books and for some book related games

March 31 - Book Club -- tech actvity
